From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter. This mighty fine brew pours a
pitch black with a thin head of off white foam that sizzles to a thin
ring with faint lacing. Nose of bourbon, subtle fruit notes, subtle citrus
elements, cocoa, vanilla, coffee, bourbon, oak, and salt. Flavors
follow the nose with pomegranate, dark sweet chocolate, dark
coffee, rich but mellow bourbon, mellow oak, vanilla, heavy
roast that isn't bitter, and a sea salt touched finish.
Excellent mouth feel; full slick body, smooth, rich, coating,
light carbonation, and a rich, warming, and lightly dry finish.
Overall....a true WOW of a brew. Excellence in a glass!
Cheers
