An annual Listermann staple, our festbier honors Zinzinnati's rich German history. Brewed exclusively with Weyermann pilsner, vienna, and munich malts. It is the perfect lager to help you kick off the celebration. Prost!

16oz undated can poured into a mug at fridge temp 5.4% ABV per label. The beer pours mostly bright medium amber with very light khaki head. The head recedes quickly to a pencil thin ring and a few scattered bubbles. No lacing. The aroma is mild with sweet toasted malt. The taste is bittersweet burnt sugar caramel, toast and herbal & almost woodsy hop notes. It has a consistent mild bitterness throughout the sip. The feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Cleanly lagered. Overall, good and different. Never sweet, yet satisfying, dry and drinkable.

Dark amber brown pour with a white head. Smells almost like nothing (no I don't have covid) with faint malts and earthy hops. Taste is kind of a mess, the toasty malts are pleasant but way too hoppy, almost giving a woodsy vibe, very bitter on the back end with earthy hops on full display. Feel is to hopped, thin, yet chewy but carb is low, malts are weak. Pass on this one, so many better festbiers out there

This is arguably the worst festbier/oktoberfest I've ever had. Theres actually no arguing it. Even a bad oktoberfest I dont usually hate. This is the first one I've ever drain poured. Seriously disgusting. Tastes bland, watery, nothing remotely true to style and cut with a mix of fishy seawater. I shit you not.
