Look - black syrup with a very slight head and not much lacing
Smell - has a rich maple Vanilla slight coffee smell and a little woody
Taste - very sweet maple with some Vanilla. Taste like eating pancakes
Feel - medium full body light carb and creamy
Overall - to much maple and to sweet but still not bad. After aging it for 1/2 a year it's not as sweet.
