Caramel Apple Brandy is a fresh approach using this different barrel. It is a deep, caramel taffy apple that really brings the brandy to the front. Rounded out with charcoal notes.

Look - Black and thick with a nice tan head and lacing
Smell - so much caramel with a nice apple wood secondary
Taste - maple forward like the smell but a great apple Brandy backbone, so boozy
Feel - medium full body light carb
Overall - for not usually being a apple brandy barrel fan, this was tasty and I liked it
