A - Pours a hazy orange body, translucent but a bit muddy, with an absolutely huge head, off white. Once the pillowy excess fades, what remains is a clumpy cap and lots of small bubble lacing strung in lines across the glass.
S - Pungent lemon notes, a bit of mint and grass, and a sour grain note beneath.
T - Taste does follow the nose, with strong lemon citrus, a bit of honey malt in the center, and a pithy bitter finish.
M - Decent carbonation and light body, but just a bit of siltiness that slightly mars what otherwise would be superb experience.
O - Decent brew. There are glimpses of something special, but slight flaws keep it from that. I enjoyed the beer nevertheless.
