Poured from tap minimal head no lacing. Oily pale golden in the glass.smells slightly of bourbon, some lactic, and some funk. Taste is pretty unique, you have the bourbon sweetness there in the front fighting with the lactic acid, then you have some tropical citrus in the middle that shoves it aside, then the tartness is back. Unusual beer, but drinks rather well. Bourbon is absorbed by the other flavors, never distinct, but it is there. Curious what this would be like if the Brett had longer to work on it
