16 ounce can into a weizen glass. Recently canned, had 11/9/20.
Pours a light brown, cloudy, with a one and a half inch foamy head with good retention and a good amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of malt, caramel, banana, cloves, bread- a little bit toasted. Has a generally spicy aroma and a hint of a funky smell. The flavor is a little more caramel forward, then malt, toast, cloves, light banana, faint bubblegum, a little wheat. Also has a generally spicy flavor. Smooth, a very good light to medium body, well carbonated.
Solid effort and a pretty classic rendition of the style. Very enjoyable and well worth a purchase at a great price point.

Taste: dark wheat bread, fall spiced, clove, banana, toasted tangy finish. Same with the nose. Copper/brown hue, mostly unfiltered, refined head and lattice of lace. Medium/full body. Another solid beer from Imperial Oak. 14 IBUs
