Crowler into a snifter, also on tap. Had crowler on 4/7/16.
Pours a somewhat opaque, dark, ruby color, with a small head and some foamy cling. Smell is cherries, malt, dates, raisins, plums, white grapes. The taste follows the nose with the malt and cherries, then figs, dates, raisins, some caramel and plums. Light hop bitterness on the finish. Smooth, solid body, well carbonated.
Well blended, good aroma and flavor, enjoyable to drink. Even more enjoyable to have it at their bar, a fun place to be.
