16 ounce can into a tulip glass. Had 4/13/21.
Pours a cloudy golden yellow, with a one and a half inch foamy head with good retention and a good amount of foamy lacing. Aromas of yeast, malt, cloves, light caramel, other spices, a little banana at first. Mostly similar flavors- malt, yeast, cloves, other spices, some caramel. Smooth, somewhat creamy, a very good light to medium body, well carbonated.
This stays pretty on point for the lighter version of the style, has a nice balance between the yeast and malt. Also has a more delicate flavor than a traditional take, and the creaminess was a plus. Very enjoyable.
