Had this on 2017-12-02 at the brewery.
A - Opaque dark brown with a tan head and nice lace.
S - Sweet Brandy which cuts the maple significantly from the regular Movembeer. Light roast.
T - Dark fruit, Brandy, light maple syrup, medium-dark roasted grain. Earthy and herbal spice. Tannin. There's some balancing roasted bitterness but the dark fruit and brandy sweetness triumphs in the finish.
M - Medium body and light carbonation.
O - A delicious beer but I preferred the regular Movembeer, which has a LOT more maple aroma and flavor. It's pretty amazing what a difference the barrel aging made.
