Had this on 2017-12-10 at the brewery. This is my 2000th review.
A - Opaque black with a light brown head and great lace
S - Dark roasted grain, light raspberry and coconut. Mild umami.
T - Dark roasted grain, dark chocolate, coffee, tannin. The aggressive roasted and hop bitterness is mildly corralled by the raspberry and coconut sweetness.
M - Thick body and light carbonation. Creamy.
O - Well made but too aggressive/bitter an Imperial Stout for me. I was glad for a follow-up sip of Movembeer, their Maple Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
