Savage Oak - Straw (Wine Barrel-Aged)

Had on tap. So this one was hard to rate for me because there is a burning alcohol finish on the body and taste. If you take that away this beer was wonderfully balanced with the sour and hay like saison note and the wine barrel bringing out the floral and woody tones. In fact the smell was perfume like in how aromatic it was, and no burn there. But as I continued to drink down the glass, I just couldn't get past the burn, so good, but could be great
