16.9oz undated bottle poured into a wine glass shows a crystal clear, yellow- gold body and briefly holds a 1/4" cap of lively bubbles that disappear and leave the glass clean.
Funky lemon and juniper aromas waft from the glass and the taste adds a hint of wet oak that you can almost feel. Tart lemons dry on the palate.
Overall a nice change of pace.
