22 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Bottled 6/21/18, had 4/13/19.
Pours a honey color, cloudy, half inch head and some foamy lacing. Aromas of gin, Belgian yeast, light malt, grain, some juniper, spices- coriander for one, apples, light black pepper. Flavors of gin, malt, light yeast, grain, spices- again coriander, some apples, a little lemon, light oak. Smooth, a very good light to medium body, well carbonated.
Terrific job of barrel aging. The base is fairly straightforward, but very good. Very enjoyable.
