22 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Bottled 6/21/18, had 7/21/18.
Pours a slightly purplish amber, a bit cloudy, short head and some foamy lacing. Aromas of lemon, gin, Belgian yeast, wheat, hibiscus, light malt. A citrusy aroma overall, a little spicy as well. Flavors of gin, citrus, Belgian yeast, grain, some malt, hibiscus, a light tartness. Smooth, a solid medium body, well carbonated.
Great barrels, that are well balanced with the solid base beer. The hibiscus and citrus zest add a nice twist to the gin barrels, and they both show well.
