12 ounce can into a snifter. Had 11/16/19. Also had on tap.
Pours a dark brown, opaque and thick looking, with only a brief flash of a head and some foamy lacing. Aromas of rye whiskey, chocolate, blueberries, tobacco, malt, toffee, char. The flavor mostly mirrors the aroma- rye whiskey, malt, chocolate, tobacco, blueberries, caramel, light char. Smooth, a solid full body, well carbonated.
This is excellent. Lots of rye from the rye whiskey, the blueberries show well, terrific aroma and flavor. Really enjoyable.

Had on tap. Smell is more focused on the rye whiskey barrel with good wood and spice especially, some lingering berry and chocolate, but faint. Taste is similar, has some more blueberry but it is the backseat to rye whiskey barrel flavors. Chocolate, faint vanilla, and some molasses, but really just big barrel. Feel has some rye whiskey heat that then settles into a cool and smooth stout body. Certainly a different take on blueberry stouts
