12 ounce can into a goblet. Released 9/28/19, had 4/29/20.
Pours a medium amber, somewhat opaque, with a short head and sparse specks of cling. Aromas of rum, coconut, caramel, plums, malt, a fairly strong nutty aroma, some oak, light grapes and figs. Similar flavors- rum, caramel, coconut, malt, oak, a fairly strong nutty flavor, some plums, light figs. Smooth, a very good medium body, well carbonated.
The coconut and macadamia nuts really ramp this up from the straight BA version. The rum barrels are excellent and compliment a solid base quad. Fantastic flavor. A strong effort from IO.
