From their website: "This is a special version of Crank It Hop using freshly picked “wet” hops. For this batch we got fresh Sabro hops and used them within 48 hours of harvest. Sabro is a newer hop variety with an aroma of tropical and stone fruit, tangerine, coconut, and a hint of cedar."
12oz draft pour has a crystal clear, orange, gold body, briefly capped with a 1/8" head of tight, white bubbles and erratic, webbed lacing.
Aromas include tropical fruits and subtle coconut, leading to a clean, almost soft, mouthful of even-handed, tropical fruit hop flavor: papaya, guava,
and tangerine.
Overall, sabro is not my favorite hop, but the coconut is subtle and the hops are clear and not over-the-top.
