12 ounce can into a snifter. Released 6/26/20, had 12/19/20.
Pours near black and opaque, with a half inch foamy head and light specks of cling. Aromas of bourbon, roasted malt, oak, almond, coconut, some char and tobacco. The flavors mostly follow the aroma- bourbon, coconut, almond, vanilla, malt, oak, molasses. Smooth, a solid full body, appropriately carbonated.
This is really well done. The coconut- especially, and the almonds show well. Great barrels, too. Quite enjoyable.
