This version has an additional aging with real blueberry juice in a fermenter, allowing the yeast and bacteria to ferment the simple sugars, adding complexity and preventing the beer from becoming sweet.

Super funky oak and Brett, tart and sour berries, jammy medium body with medium to high prickly carbonation, and an extra dry finish. Very mature flavor of ripe blueberries with a lemony acidic zip on the finish. Yum!
