12 ounce can into a snifter. Released 3/12/21, had 4/7/21.
Pours a dark brown, opaque, with a quarter inch foamy head and sparse foamy lacing. Aromas of whiskey, oak, vanilla, chocolate, malted milk balls, malt, some caramel, light raisins. The flavors mostly follow along- whiskey, oak, vanilla, malt, chocolate, some raisins and caramel, some malted milk balls, a little licorice. Smooth, a very good full body, appropriately carbonated.
The barrels are prominent and delicious, and coupled with the solid base stout this has lots of great aromas and flavors. Udder Madness never disappoints, no matter what type of barrel it’s aged in. Very enjoyable.
