I cannot overstate how much I love the name and label. Just perfect.
Never had anything like this. The cinnamon comes on strong but it works, kind of a cinnabon vibe. There is a little cherry or other dark fruit that plays well off of it. The pecans are far more subtle to me, sort of tingle at the end. The barrel character is really nice flavorfully sweet and assertive but not hot. An intriguing and delicious departure.

12 ounce can into a snifter. Released 4/16/21, had 5/12/21.
Pours a brownish amber, a little cloudy, with a short head and spotty cling. Aromas of cinnamon, some pecans, light bourbon, vanilla, light oak. Has a fruity aroma, something like cherries. Similar flavors- cinnamon, vanilla, some bourbon- more as it warms, some pecans, malt, light cherries, a little oak. Smooth, a very good medium body, appropriately carbonated.
The cinnamon, and to a lesser extent the pecans, stand out. The barrel presence isn’t as prominent as usual for an IO barrel aged, but what’s there is good. The combination of add- ins works well with the solid base and as usual, this is very enjoyable.
