12 ounce can into a snifter. Released 6/5/21, had 5/23/22.
Pours near black and opaque, with a half inch head of darker foam and light foamy lacing. Aromas of coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, some oak, light char, light bourbon, chocolate as it warms. Flavors of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, bourbon- more as it warms, some oak. Smooth, a bit creamy, a very good full body, well carbonated.
Liked the can better than on tap. Good, strong coffee that stands out, the vanilla shows well, too. Also has a good amount of roast. Really good.
