Brewed in collaboration with the Chicago Ornithological Society inspired by “Monty and Rose” a pair of endangered piping plovers that nested in Chicago. Brewed with El Dorado Hops and a bit of Cactus Pear Juice (a food source of the piping plover) for a refreshing blend of tropical fruitiness. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the conservation and education programs of the Chicago Ornithological Society.
