12oz draft pour into a stemmed tulip shows a crystal clear, bright golden yellow body almost supporting a 1/2in head of small white bubbles that recedes to an edge ring and leaves the glass clean.
Mango aroma fights through the lacto and comes out victorious. The flavors include a mango-led fruitiness with subtle hints of stone fruit and just enough sour for a slight puckering.
Mouthfeel is crisp, clean, and puckery with a dry finish.
Overall a nice sour.
