12 ounce can into a snifter. Released 2/4/22, had 5/22/22.
Pours near black and opaque, with a one and a half inch foamy head and some light foamy lacing. Aromas of rye whiskey, chocolate, vanilla, oak, malt, light char. Has a somewhat spicy aroma. Flavors of rye whiskey, vanilla, oak, malt, some chocolate. Has a spicy taste. Smooth, a very good full body, well carbonated.
Excellent barrels that give up lots of spicy rye and vanilla, to go with a solid base. Very enjoyable.

Aged 1 year in Willet Rye Barrels.
12 oz can poured into an opaque paper hotel convenience cup limits my 'look' analysis, but the voluminous head of tan colored mixed bubbles that coat the sides is exciting. Served at just below room temp.
Smooth cocoa aroma floating above the rye and the flavor matches.
Creamy, full mouthfeel that coats the tongue.
Overall a fine sipper.
