12 ounce can into a snifter. Released 6/1/22, had 10/17/22.
Pours near black and opaque, with a one inch head of creamy, darker foam and some foamy lacing. Aromas of coconut, malt, chocolate, bourbon, some vanilla and coffee, some oak and char. Smells fairly nutty. Flavors of bourbon, roasted malt, coconut, vanilla, some oak, some chocolate and coffee. Has a bit of a nutty taste. Smooth, somewhat creamy, a solid full body, appropriately carbonated.
Not as much coconut as preferred, but this is delicious. The nuts show pretty well, and the add- ins seem to enhance the great base.
