12 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Released 12/9/22, had 4/30/23.
Pours a dark amber, semi opaque, with a one inch quickly dissipating foamy head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of scotch whiskey, malt, vanilla, caramel, some oak. The flavors match the nose- scotch whiskey, caramel, malt, vanilla, some oak. Smooth, a very good lighter medium body, appropriately carbonated.
Solid barrels, and the base is better than the last few years. This year’s variant is a little better than this, but this still pretty good.
