12 ounce can into a snifter. Released 3/10/23, had 4/5/23.
Pours an opaque dark brown, with a half inch head of darker foam and light foamy lacing. Aromas of bourbon, vanilla, chocolate, malt, some oak, light char. Flavors of bourbon, vanilla, malt, some chocolate and oak, light leather. Smooth, a very good lighter full body, appropriately carbonated.
Fairly straightforward, but terrific aromas and flavors, with great barrels that give up lots of vanilla. The body has a little bit of a lighter feel this year, but it’s still solid. Very enjoyable.
