12 ounce can into a tulip snifter. Released 4/12/24, had 4/12/25.
Pours an opaque dark brown, with a brief quarter inch foamy head and light foamy lacing. Aromas of bourbon, roasted malt, oak, vanilla, char, some raisins and prunes. Similar flavors of bourbon, oak, roasted malt, char, light vanilla and prunes. Tastes a little smoky. Smooth, a touch creamy, a very good full body, well carbonated.
Prominent, delicious barrels, woody and smoky. Not for the faint of heart. A strong effort.
