This strong, sipper is brewed with English Maris Otter Pale Malt and a blend of crystal malts for a rich, malty character with notes of toasted bread, caramel, toffee and dark fruits. This version was aged a full 2 years in Dickel 10-13 year Bourbon barrels, adding complexity with notes of bourbon, oak, vanilla, dark fruits, and a vinous character from the long aging.
