The winner from homebrewing championship 2007 made by Charles Casino.
A: Dark, dark, red. Minimal lace.
S: Espresso, Fruits(!), Figs, Chocolate.
T: Burned malt, Grain, Ashes, Dark sugar and wee hint of liqorice.
M: Quite thin body but very complex. Low carbonation. Nice bitterness at the end!
A very light imperial stout but very tasty. Apparently Charles Casino know his stuff. Recommended!
