Pours a clear yellow with soapy, quickly falling head.
Smell is crisp, bready and a bit fruity with notes of knäckebröd, rye and citrus.
Taste is crisp and crackery with some sweet and fruity hihts. Notes of rye, citrus, knäckebröd and some peach with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice kölsch style ale, drinkable and refreshing.
