Pours a dark reddish brown with fine tan head.
Smell is malty and sweet with notes of dried fruit, soy sauce, parmesan and raisins.
Taste is rich, malty and sweet. Notes of dried fruit, nuts sy sauce, cocoa, leather and tobacco with a bit of bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, smooth and velvety with good carbonation.
Overall, a terrific wee heavy, deep and rich.
