Pours a clear copper with soft, tan head.
Smell is crisp, bready and a bit sweet. Notes of brown bread, knäckebröd, citrus and caramel.
Taste is crisp and bready with some sweet hints. Moderate bitterness and notes of brown bread, rye, knäckebröd, caramel and lemon peel.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Vienna lager, just as good as Hyllie´s version.
