Coconut dominates with a slight zip of lime zest. The smooth creamy mouthfeel and light sweetness make this a dessert that’s light enough to drink all day. Cruisin’ on idle, listening to some tunes, and sipping on this mild Key Lime Coconut ale will get you on Island Time no matter your location.

Pour is typical pale ale golden, minimal head. Aroma is kinda soapy. Flavor is coconut. Perfectly balanced coconut. That’s all I taste. No hops, it’s more like a flavorless slaver with a coconut addition. Appropriate carbonation. Overall, I absolutely love this beer. One of my top 10 of all time. I love coconut, and this beer has the perfect amount of it, imo. Wish I could find this in NJ…. At 5%, I would drink several cases of this every summer.

Murky dirty golden body with a white cap. Huge coconut for the smell, wow. Taste adds the promises lime, some general malt and nuttiness in the background, but this is adjunct city. It is very smooth and the adjuncts lift the palate a bit, but certainly lighter but never too thin. Paired well with hogfish

On tap at the brewery's taproom in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Appearance. Pale golden body with a very good white head that leaves plentiful lacing on the glass.
A clear, moderately strong coconut note in the flavor, with a less obvious note of limes. Medium-light body with nearly medium carbonation.

If you don't like coconut you won't like this. Nice smell for coconut.

Ruddy, copper colored beer with a slightly off-white head. Strong aromas of caramel. Tastes of caramel/butterscotch, coffee, earth, and roasted nuts. Sweet nutty finish with touches of bitter coffee. Like a caramel/coffee mix of wonder. A bit lactic and cloying but it works out quite nicely.
