Our Belgian Golden Strong Ale is a true "four C" ale - crisp, clear, clean, and complex. The aroma and flavor are a perfect balance between bright fruits, lightly sweet malt, and floral hop bitterness. It is medium bodied , highly carbonated, and has a refreshingly dry finish. A devilishly delectable ale.
Try pairing with savory hors d'oeuvres, herb spiced foods like Middle Eastern, Indian, and Thai, any seafood, and fruity deserts.

Poured from a bomber into a snifter. Beautiful clear gold color with a nice white head and great lacing. A strong fruit smell, mostly lemon with some pepper. The taste is strong but not boozy: lemon, vanilla, and some apple and candy sugar. An enjoyable beer!
