Purchased a bottle of this beer at a Whole Foods in Austin.
Poured into a tulip glass. It is a clear pinkish golden brown color with an excellent fluffy white head and beautiful curtain lacing. Smell and taste of wild honey and sweet red wine. Bready and malty and a bit rustic. A beer to be careful with, high ABV but not overtly boozy and easy to drink. Excellent with chicken soup.

Kind of an opaque apricot color, hazy, pretty good head and a bit of lace.
Have to be forthcoming... The smell reminded me of a department store that may not exist in a mall I've never been to. Don't know why, and I'm sure it's not at all profound or significant.
Tasted like it almost wanted to be a sour. Pretty good tho, fruity, lightly tart, complex yeastiness.
Overall it's pretty good, and might impress your significant other if served with a nice cornish hen with wild rice and broccoli.
