Pour is black with a deep khaki cap of foam that fades quickly.
Nose is oak, roasted malt, vanilla, fudge
Taste is oaky bourbon, vanilla, roasted malt, fudge, chocolate
Overall a nice barrel aged stout. doesn't get overly thick, sweet, cloying. more traditional leaning imperial stout and the barrel adds wonderful vanilla and fudge notes.
