Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled very tropical with notes of pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Sweet tropical fruit flavors with caramel and a nice bitter bite.

This beer has a great color and look. It is a dank clean and clear slightly amber hued IPA. It is properly carbonated, has no off flavors, good mouth feel and finishes smooth. The columbus hops come throught, more than the chinook and citra (these were the hops the bar tender said were in the beer- I would agree from taste). I though this was an incredible solid IPA from such a new brewery (7 months old or so) near a small college campus in Emporia Kansas. On a fluck I turned off of I-35 to find some brews and got directed by some locals to hit up Radius. This place is very modern, a well decked out brewery. Perhaps more interesting than the beer was the menu. I saw a pheasant sausage, shittakii mushroom, and goat cheese pizza on the menu. I did not have time to stop and eat, but was satisfied with the growler of Rumor Has It. I see good things for the future of this brewery. If this IPA had some more floral hop aromas to balance out the bitterness (I do like the bitterness thought) they would have one of the best IPA's in Kansas and maybe the region.

Draught @ Brewpub: This one pours a cloudy, dark golden color. It has just a bit of an off-white head onit. It has a nice nose. Very piney and resinous. The taste is also very good. Piney and resinous, some yeastiness, somewhat bitter and a bit of breadiness from the Belgian yeast. Very nice.
