Had this in a pint from tap. Nice, dark color with a finger or two tan head. Good coffee on the front with a pleasant mouth feel to it. The only catch was there was a little bite as it went down, not quite smooth like some of the better porters out there. Would probably do well as a beer during a winter dinner though, strong enough flavor to hold up to heavy meals.
