I tried Soaring Ridge Oktoberfest at the brewery. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had faint bread. The taste was evenly balanced and easy to drink. There was a bread base that gave the beer body. The Mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a good and worth a try.
