On tap at Tomato Bar in Valparaiso on 04/30 and served in a 10oz. Four Fathers snifter.
Look- A hazy but radiant pale yellow with very little foam. It resembles orange juice.
Smell- Grapefruit, orange zest, bubblegum and a little clove.
Taste- Grapefruit, orange zest, bubblegum, lemongrass and some clove in the finish.
Feel- Thin with a fizzy sensation on the tongue with a slightly bitter and dry finish.
Overall- A interesting IPA that looks like a NE style and tastes like it has a Belgian spin on it. It's super drinkable and something that would be very appealing in the warmer months ahead.
