Modeled after a rare monastic brew, this Belgian-style pale ale features notable American characteristics. Subtle notes of bright citrus and lemon zest from the American hops add complexity to the traditional bready malt and Belgian yeast profile.

On tap at the release for cans.
Look- Extremely cloudy pale yellow with a small amount of white foam.
Smell- Bannana, clove, slight citrus.
Taste- Bannana, clove, and grapefruit, followed by a bit of bubblegum.
Feel- Chewey and effervescent with a bitter finish.
Overall- This is a style I haven't had a lot of experience with. Short's Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster is one that comes to mind that I thought was really good. I'll chalk this one up as another. The flavor and feel is where this beer shines. It's thick, has nice Belgian characteristics without sacrificing the wonderful hop flavor.
