100% Brettanomyces fermented sour ale with rose hips and red tart cherry aged with berry mead soaked white oak.

Appearance - The beer poured auburn in color with a white head.
Smell - The nose was very dry and oak forward. There was little hint of sweetness.
Taste - Dry sour oak makes tge initial impression with a sizable floral presence. Sour cherry notes come toward the back.
Mothfeel - There is a decent level of carbonation, which might be what made the beer seem a bit thin.
Overall - For the style, this is pretty solid for a stout focused brewery.
