Bottle from Tavour. Murky medium amber with towering, fluffy head. Aroma is caramel malts with some savory hops. Incredibly smooth, lightly bitter, thick, earthy. Oatmeal adds a nice touch to this, silky smooth.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had dank strawberry and pineapple notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle tropical fruit start that finished more apricot. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

A hazy brownish orange color, with a dense white head and a small amount of lacing.
Aroma of orange and pine, and cereal.
Orange taste up front, a little grapefruit, late pine.
I thought the oatmeal smoothed out the mouthfeel just a bit.

The look and smell reminded me of a "typical" IPA. The initial taste, though, was great. Feel was good; smooth on the palate with citrus hints. Was eating salmon with the meal and it was a great accompaniment. Also good as a stand alone beer; smooth to the tastes and finish. Very drinkable.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of orange, grapefruit, pineapple and guava. Sweet tropical fruit taste with a piney bitterness and toasted caramel backbone.

Murky brownish orange body with a very dense and creamy head; fingers and patches of foam cling to the glass. Freshly cut oranges in the aroma; citrus and pine; some biscuit. Citrus and acidic flavors; earthy. Heavy body; velvety on the palate; juicy with a dry edge.
The beer has a kind of ugly looking body yet the head is awesome, and the aroma and flavor are all nicely balanced and unique. The oats add a nice touch to the mouthfeel, smell and taste - a bit of cereal grain presence. Nicely done.

Appearance - The beer poured a disty copper color with a bubbly white head.
Smell - Dank hops were noted in the nose with an element of sweetness.
Taste - Dank hops were supported by a sweet malt backbone. The beer was not overly juicy, but it did have a citrus profile. The 9% abv was well masked as the profile yielded little in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - The malts were somewhat chewy, allowing the hops to longer.
Overall - So this is a double oat IPA? I will take another.
