On tap and bottled from the brewery - pours a hazed light gold with a 1 finger tight pored cap....pungent aromas of pine, spice and caramel malts....flavor follows aroma with big chewy malts eclipsed by piney resinous hops and spice...long bitter wet finish with a spicey bite....hide the alcohol completely with only a warming sensation after the fact,,,,the cardomon in the mash plus the Amarillo hops give a complementary discernment of pine bittering....really nice DIPA
