Appearance - The beer poured a deep copper color with white head crowning the pour.
Smell - The grapes lead the way in the nose.
Taste - The power Sauvignon grapes lead the way. Because the grape are so intense, many of the characteristics of the wheat wine were smothered. The grapes were fruity and Earthy, creating some complexity in the profile. There were also light banana notes toward the back as it warmed.
Mouthfeel - The body is almost chewy in its viscosity.
Overall - I might like the base beer, but it is just undetectable. The adjunct did too much of the work in this beer.
