Moderate head which leaves some initial webs of lace on the glass. Golden color. Clear.
The smell initially reminds me of powdered malt for homebrews. There's also grassy and earthy hop aroma.
Smooth feel initially, probably enhanced by the lower level of effervescence. The flavor starts with a darker amber/caramel/toasted bread. The hop, however is strong and biting bringing a kind of hot pepper rarely found in beer. Overall, the combination is unusual but works.
