Very brief and tiny head. No bubble retention, no lace. Straw color, clear.
Totally malty but with a toasted bread and light caramel touch. I also pick up on cinnamon sugar.
The beginning of the taste has a dry caramel touch of deeper roasted malt. Neutral body with an elevated carbonation level. The swallow brings out the odd cinnamon flavor, almost like it was leftover from some sort of winter warmer. Light hop aftertaste.
